• Be active "citizen journalists" or "netizen journalists" with at least 100,000 subscribers/followers and a minimum of 10,000 authentic views per video.
• Be between 21 and 60 years old.
• Possess a valid passport and provide copies of two important documents that prove identity and citizenship.
• Pay a $50 membership fee upon acceptance and a $20 annual renewal fee.
